Nonetheless, this author can confirm this June tasting box will be the best yet.

- Lemon Elderflower: Layers of lemony citrus olive oil cake soaked in elderflower simple syrup, layered with lemon curd topped with a elderflower Swiss meringue buttercream
- Victorian Sponge: buttery, Victorian Style cake with raspberry preserves
- Earl Grey Sundae: A moist chocolate cake soaked in an earl grey tea soak, filled with earl grey creme patisserie, and dark chocolate ganache
- Blueberry Shortcake: Layers of lemony citrus olive oil cake, layered with vanilla bean creme chantilly, blueberry compote, and a buttery graham crumble
- Sultry Chocolate: moist chocolate cake with a silky dark chocolate ganache topped with chocolate curls
 - Royal Wedding: An almond cake with a white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream infused with almond essence
- Coffee Cream: Our rich chocolate cake filled with a whipped white Chocolate coffee ganache and an espresso buttercream
